The Users’ personal data will be processed for the following purposes and the following legal basis

1. Processing legitimised by the execution of the contract entered into between ACTAM and you Or the implementation of pre-contractual measures:

  • Such processing occurs when requesting information or contact via the corresponding section. The purpose is to manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship with you. In this case, the personal data processed is the identification data provided during the registration process or when submitting the query.
  • Having registered with the website or for some of the services. In this case, the purpose is to manage the contractual relationship between ACTAM and the client. The data processed is that provided during the registration process, necessary to provide the service.

Users also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
