3. Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data

The Users’ personal data will be processed for the following purposes and the following legal basis

1. Processing legitimised by the execution of the contract entered into between ACTAM and you Or the implementation of pre-contractual measures:

• Such processing occurs when requesting information or contact via the corresponding section. The purpose is to manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship with you. In this case, the personal data processed is the identification data provided during the registration process or when submitting the query.

The owners of personal data may exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, to not be subject to automated individual decisions and to withdraw the consent previously granted by sending a request via email to actambilbao@actam.es or by post to ACTAM´s registered offices, indicated above, attaching a copy of their Identity Card or any other official document that identifies them and indicating which right they wish to exercise.

Users also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
